Quack AI
Quack AI is a programmable infrastructure and unified execution layer designed for the agent economy. Its core product, the AI Autonomy Stack, allows artificial intelligence agents to make decisions, process payments, and ensure compliance using verifiable, on-chain logic. The project is designed to automate Web3 processes, replacing slow and manual coordination with system-level autonomy. As of 2026, Quack AI's technology is live on over 10 chains and utilized by more than 50 protocols. [2]
Overview
Quack AI was founded to address the challenges of trust, audibility, and compliance in autonomous AI systems, particularly for scaling institutional finance and Real-World Assets (RWA). The core innovation of the project is "verifiable logic," a framework that encodes operational, legal, and regulatory rules into smart contracts. This allows an AI agent's decision-making process to be transparently audited and proven to have followed a predefined set of instructions before execution. The system moves beyond passive blockchain governance mechanisms, such as voting, toward a model of active autonomy where decisions are automatically executed by agents according to established policies. [1]
The project's AI Autonomy Stack acts as a "trust bridge," integrating governance, execution, and compliance into a continuous system. By automating complex and high-volume coordination processes, it is suitable for applications in RWAs, multichain operations, and institutional finance. The ultimate goal is to facilitate a machine-to-machine economy where AI agents can be provisioned with their own digital wallets to transact and interact with services, data, and other agents in a secure and verifiable manner. [1] [2]
Technology: The AI Autonomy Stack
The AI Autonomy Stack is built upon three core pillars: x402 (execution), Governance, and RWA. This architecture combines proposal generation, execution, and compliance into a single, automated workflow. [1]
Core Principles
The central concept of the stack is to provide "verifiable logic" for AI actions. This is achieved by programming operational rules and constraints directly into a series of smart contracts. An AI agent operating in the top layer can analyze data and propose an action, but the action can only be executed if it satisfies the predefined, immutable logic enforced by the smart contracts on the blockchain. This architecture ensures that all actions are transparent, auditable, and compliant with the system's governing policies. [1]
Architectural Layers
Governance Intelligence Layer
This is where AI models and agents operate. They analyze on-chain and off-chain data to formulate decisions and propose actions. This layer manages intelligent decision-making processes, including automated proposal generation, AI-assisted scoring for delegation, and treasury automation using the execution layer. Quack AI's SDKs are used to structure proposed actions for the lower layers of the stack. [1] [2]
Policy Engine
Functioning as the shared core for enforcing compliance across all layers, the Policy Engine is implemented as a set of smart contracts containing the system's predefined operational and regulatory rules. When a proposed action is passed from the Governance Intelligence Layer, this engine’s smart contracts automatically verify it against these rules, which can include budget limits, regulatory constraints, or multi-signature approval requirements. If the action meets all criteria, it is approved and passed to the next layer; otherwise, it is rejected. [1]
x402 Execution Fabric (Q402)
Q402 is a universal gasless authorization layer that manages the financial execution and final settlement of approved actions. Live on networks including X Layer and BNB Chain, Q402 uses EIP-712 and EIP-7702 to enable secure, revocable, and limit-bound payments with a single user signature. It is universally compatible with all ERC-20 tokens on any EIP-7702-enabled EVM network. Transactions are gasless for the user, as fees are sponsored by network "facilitators" through delegated execution. This layer ensures the atomic settlement of transactions once they pass through the Policy Engine. [2] [1]
RWA Integration Layer
This layer is specifically designed to connect the on-chain system with real-world assets and traditional financial flows. Its functions include managing Net Asset Value (NAV) and Proof of Reserves (PoR) with compliance triggers, enabling identity-gated voting and shareholder flows, and providing on-chain audit pipelines. [1]
Key Components
Agent Infrastructure
The stack enables the creation of programmable, on-chain wallets controlled by AI agents, referred to as "AI Twins." Users can create these agents with custom logic profiles. The agents' control over wallets is bound by the rules defined in the Policy Engine. The project envisions "AgentFi," a marketplace for agents featuring reputation and risk models, along with execution yield for network facilitators. [1]
AI-Powered Governance
The system automates DAO decisions and settlement flows using verifiable AI through a five-step process:
- Proposal Source: AI-assisted drafting and setup of proposals.
- AI Analysis: Machine-led reasoning and scoring of proposals.
- Decision & Delegation: Users can vote manually or delegate their vote to an AI agent.
- Execute Vote: Approved proposals are finalized and settled across multiple chains.
- Feedback & Learning: Governance data is fed back into the system to improve the AI model's accuracy over time. [2]
Oracle Integration
The system leverages decentralized oracle networks to securely feed real-world, off-chain data into the Governance Intelligence and Policy Engine layers. This allows AI agents to react to external events, such as changes in market prices or API outputs, while maintaining the verifiability of the data source.
History
In the first half of 2025, Quack AI built its core voting infrastructure, launched the AI Passport and an accompanying point system, and integrated its technology with over 10 major chains and more than 30 projects. The platform's native token, $Q, held its Token Generation Event (TGE) on September 2, 2025. Following the TGE, the project focused on token-driven coordination and on-chain agent deployment. Goals for the fourth quarter of 2025 included launching governance APIs, introducing self-learning AI models, and initiating pilots for Real-World Asset (RWA) governance. [3]
Tokenomics: $Q
$Q is the native utility token of the Quack AI ecosystem, designed to facilitate operations, governance, and user participation. It is a multi-chain token available on BNB Chain and Ethereum. [3]
Token Details
- Maximum Supply: 10,000,000,000 $Q
- Networks: Ethereum, BNB Chain
- Contract Address: 0xc07e1300dc138601FA6B0b59f8D0FA477e690589 (identical on both networks) [3]
Token Allocation
The total supply of $Q is allocated as follows:
- Community & Ecosystem (79%): This is the largest allocation, designated for rewarding user engagement, supporting dApp integrations, funding airdrops for early contributors, and managing the treasury. It also includes funds for marketing and providing liquidity on exchanges.

- Core Team (10%): Subject to a 12-month cliff followed by gradual vesting. [3]
Token Utilities
The $Q token has several core functions within the ecosystem:
- Governance: Holders can vote directly on protocol proposals or delegate their voting power to AI Agents to participate in decision-making processes.
- Incentives: The token is used to reward active participation in the ecosystem, such as voting and delegating, allowing users to earn both $Q tokens and AIQ points.
- AI Tools Access: $Q is required to unlock advanced features and AI tools, including auto-voting capabilities, on-chain sentiment tracking, and sophisticated delegation logic. [3]
