# Education and Personal Life  
  
In 1987, he received his master's degree from the Graduate School of Engineering at Kookmin University, with a thesis topic focused on stress distribution in cracks using photo-elastic and finite element analysis. In 2002, he immigrated to Canada, and in 2014, he returned to South Korea, where he now lives with his family.
